Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using masqaniOne, you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
Continued use of masqaniOne after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Accounts and access
masqaniOne is accessed with your Masqani account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorised access or misuse.
Acceptable use
You agree to use masqaniOne only for lawful property-management purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ data.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the property, tenant, lease, and financial information you enter.
Fees and billing
masqaniOne is priced per unit under management, with optional add-ons such as managed rent collection. Applicable fees are presented before you activate a paid plan.
Trial terms, minimums, and any transaction fees are disclosed at sign-up. Payment-provider charges (for example M-Pesa) may be passed through.
Your data and content
You retain ownership of the data you put into masqaniOne. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the service on your behalf, including processing tenant and financial records to deliver the features you use.

Service availability
We work to keep masqaniOne available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and maintenance or factors outside our control may affect availability.
Termination
You may stop using masqaniOne at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service, with notice where practicable.
On termination, you may request an export of your data subject to applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the revision.
